The Forum is interested in hearing the views of all young professional Democrats. Registered Democrats under the age of forty are encouraged to join the organization.

Dues

Annual dues are $40.00 per household. Any Democrat interested in joining the Forum should complete and submit this membership application and mail a check for $40.00 to the address below. After we receive your application, we will begin sending you club information. If you prefer to mail your application to us, a printable version is available on the Forms page of this website. All payments should be made to the Twenty-First Century Forum.
